This 51.2V 300Ah lithium iron phosphate battery is specifically designed for electric forklifts and industrial traction applications. It directly replaces heavy lead acid batteries with higher energy density, longer lifespan, fast charging, zero memory effect, and maintenance free operation. The integrated BMS provides intelligent management and comprehensive protection. We support customization for various forklift brands and lead acid to lithium conversions. Discharge Performance
Continuous discharge current is 300 amps, sufficient for full load forklift operation including lifting and travel. Pulse discharge current reaches 500 amps for less than 5 seconds, handling peak demand during heavy lifts and acceleration. Recommended voltage disconnect is 40V. BMS discharge cut off voltage is 40V with reconnect at 48V. Short circuit protection is integrated (specific time not listed).
Charge Parameters
Charging uses the CC CV method with charge voltage range of 56.8V to 58.4V. Recommended float voltage is 53.6V to 55.2V. Recommended charge current is 150 amps for optimal cycle life and safe daily charging. BMS charge cut off voltage is set to 58.4V. Fast charging reduces downtime between shifts.

Installation Notes
Remove the existing lead acid battery and tray if necessary. Install the lithium battery using the original hold downs or custom brackets. Connect the Anderson 350A or REMA 160A terminals to the forklift controller. Connect RS485 or CAN to the display or fleet management system. Ensure the charger is programmed for LiFePO4 with absorption 58.4V and float around 54V. No watering or equalization charges are required.
